First, have to say that I loved watching Belmont play Temple last night.\u00a0 While I feel bad for the Temple coach – who was retiring at the end of this season, I also feel great for Belmont’s coach Rick Byrd – who has coached at Belmont since 1986, won 712 games at Belmont, led them to 8 NCAA Tournaments, and finally has won his first ever NCAA Tournament game.\u00a0 They are a talented team, Maryland is going to have their hands full in the Round of 64.<\/p>\n
But so much to do.\u00a0 I still need to finalize my picks.\u00a0 I have to handicap all the Thursday games for my insane handicapping that will likely end up losing.\u00a0 I definitely have to watch the Arizona State vs St. John’s game tonight.\u00a0 \u00a0While not sure that St. John’s, who has struggled down the stretch, is the perfect measuring stick, I am really not sure what to think about the Pac 12 teams since I simply haven’t seen them play a lot.\u00a0 I would love to see how Arizona State does.<\/p>\n
