The easiest way to state this is with 7 minutes and 37 second, Cassius Winston made a layup to stop an 8 point run by the Red Raiders and cut their lead to 19-18. The score at half time is 23-21.<\/p>\n
That’s right, in the final 7 1\/2 minutes of the first half, Texas Tech had 12 possessions and only scored 4 points (2 free throws and a jumper in the lane from Matt Mooney) and Michigan State had 11 possessions and only scored 3 points off a Cassius Winston three-pointer.<\/p>\n
So, the Texas Tech Red Raiders had a 1 point lead, only scored twice on the next 12 possessions and somehow expanded their lead to 2 points.<\/p>\n
