I have a few things to do before I can get back to the blog. But the standings are at least updated.
That was ridiculously crazy!!!!!! So insane!!!! There were three teams all year that seemed to be a tier above everyone – Michigan, Arizona and Duke. While the South Region broke down once Florida lost and Illinois beat Houston, the rest of the power structure seemed to be in place.
Purdue challenged Arizona for a half, but then the Wildcats kicked in a different level of play. Tennessee challenged Michigan for 10 minutes, but then the Wolverines kicked in a different level of play. When Duke jumped out to a double digit lead on UConn, it simply looked like the third remaining favorite was doing what the other two favorites did.
And then March happened in a moment that is going to be remembered for a long time to come.
The Lunatic will eventually catch up, he needs to watch some things again to get all the full details of that amazing finish.
