North Carolina went on a strong run in the second half and ran away from the Providence Fryars to take the evening’s last Sweet 16 spot.

The Tar Heels made the ACC 4-0 today – which is pretty impressive.   It also happened to be a night where many Cinderellas were sent home from the dance – as Gonzaga was the only higher seed to win.

Congratulations also to our current leader, Doug Crowe – who with 410 points in the Standard Pool and 224 Upset Points – is leading both pools.
